Cheryl Draper has resided in Knoxville all of her life. She attended Carson Newman College where she received an academic scholarship and studied business administration, she later transferred to UT to complete her education. After working at TVA in the engineering department she joined the family business and became an active mother. Cheryl has worked in commercial and residential real estate for the past seven years and specializes in new home construction. Her husband, Abe Draper, is a home builder & co-owner of Fairfax Development, Inc. a Knoxville based construction company. He is an executive officer with the Home Builders Association of Greater Knoxville and the National Home Builders Assn. She credits him with providing her resources and much insight to the home building industry. Cheryl is skilled at listening to clients needs and helping them feel at ease while facilitating each transaction. She has a strong work ethic and will provide exceptional personal service.

Carole is the owner and managing broker of Northshore Realty. She has been licensed in Tennessee for over 23 years.

She is an Accredited Buyer Representative, or ABR with the REBAC Council of National Association of Realtors and primarily chooses to work buyer agency transactions. She specializes in locating lakefront & waterfront homes and property, the second home market and resort properties. She also finds it rewarding working with first time homebuyers.

Additionally, she is a Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager or CRB. She is responsible for managing, training, and coaching her agents. This designation is only held by 3% of all REALTORS. With this status she is likely to attract and contribute relocation and referral business.

She is a real estate educator, owning her own school since 1999.  She has been a licensed Limited Residential contractor with Neeley & Associates since 1995. She also is available for counseling new firms in the area.
